During Thanksgiving Break I had some time to spare and I hadn't really been exercising consistently since mid-October so I was feeling a little lazy. My sister, however, had been working out about five days a week with the 2 Week Shred which she had completed for the 5th time. I decided to try it again since I had already completed it once in the summer. I felt that it was easier to get used to because I had done it before, the muscle memory helped me to pick up faster even though the first two days were still a struggle. I was following the schedule consistently until the break ended. I started stretching my rest periods, but giving time for my body to recover actually helped with performance. It also started getting more difficult to start during the last week since there were longer sessions. I think I will continue doing the 2 Week Shred again, but first I will rest for a week or so before starting over again.
